ZAYFORD sells electronics and home utility merchandise. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We have made every effort to accurately represent our products, however colors or appearance may differ slightly due to your device settings.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product will meet your expectations or match exactly as depicted. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & PAYMENT
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ZAYFORD reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until ZAYFORD confirms acceptance and receives full payment.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full listed price including any applicable fees. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that (i) your credit card information is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use such card; and (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your card company.

SECTION 4 — PRICES & BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

We may offer promotions from time to time governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days depending on location and product availability. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ZAYFORD is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

All content on www.zayford.ae, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, video, and audio, is the property of ZAYFORD ONLINE SELLER or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL ZAYFORD, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
