All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations. Available shipping regions are shown at checkout.

6. International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Zayford has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges. International delivery typically takes 10 to 25 business days depending on the destination country and local customs clearance. 7. Delays
Zayford is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
