Refund & Return Policy

At Zayford, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases: the item arrived visibly damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or the item was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.
2. How to Report an Issue
If you experience any of the above issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at zayford.dxb@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
3. Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
